Laboratory bead mill is widely applied in laboratory formulation research or small batch production. The grinding chamber volume is 0.2L, 0.5L, 1.0L and 2.0L; grinding rotor type could be divided into disc type, pin type, turbine+pin type. The material for rotor and chamber are wear resistant hard alloy, PU, ceramic material. Discharging mode has static and dynamic discharging, satisfying different requirements for research or production. Lab series bead mill has adopted reliable mechanical seal with long durability. Grinding chamber is entirely closed, avoiding the air to come inside the chamber, preventing generation of bubbles and volatilization.


Laboratory bead mill could be applied for ultra fine grinding of micron grade, sub-micron grade and nano grade. It is widely applied for scientific research, formulation research, small/middle sample production or small batch production etc in universities, scientific institute or manufacturers.


Root lab series bead mills has four main series of models:

RTSM-0.2BJ RTSM-0.5AD RTSM-BJD


RTSM-0.2BJ is specially designed for lab small quantity formulation research. Self-recycling design, need no extra pump, portable and easy to be moved. The smallest beads it could use is 0.2mm and the smalelst finish size it can get is 0.3micron. Now it can be used for low viscosity material such as water-based pigment, pigment dispersion, pesticide sc and all other water-based low viscosity material.


RTSM-0.5AD is specially used for lab research. As it is dynamic discharge, so the viscosity range it can handle is larger than RTSM-0.2CD. RTSM-0.5AD has completely the same structure of industrial RT-AD series, so the experiment result can be scaled up to RTSM-AD industrial production. Now it is widely applied for the research and lab experiment of pesticide sc, dye, pigment, water-based printing ink, water-based paint etc.


RTSM-BJ/BD series lab horizontal sand mill uses hard alloy chamber and hard alloy rotor. It has adopted assembly type double end mechanical seal for safer operation. The smallest beads it can use is 0.3mm and the smallest finish size it can get is 0.3micron. Now it can be used for research and small production of pesticide sc, disperse dye, pigment dispersion, catalysts and other solvent-based material. It has 0.5L and 1.0L two kinds of volumes.


RTSM-BJD/BDD series lab horizontal sand mill uses ceramic inner chamber and ceramic rotor. The smallest beads size it can use is 0.2mm so the smallest finish size it can get into is 0.08micron. As the ceramic material is total free from metal pollution, it can be used in pharmaceutical products reseach and also food products research. It can also be used for research of digital inkjet ink, pesticide SC, WG, ceramic glaze, cermic ink and all other nano size material. It has 0.5L and 1.0L two kinds of volumes.
